Project Overview
The initiative transformed a conventional legal workspace into a sophisticated presentation and training facility designed as a fully integrated courtroom-layout auditorium. The system integrates video, audio, and control technologies for depositions, case presentations, and staff training.
Visual infrastructure includes a large-format LED video wall with dedicated auditorium PC, stage-side HDMI interface for external content, vMix software for live switching and playback, Office 365 integration, and custom virtual courtroom and cityscape backdrops with picture-in-picture capability.
Custom microphone placements at plaintiff/defendant desks, witness stand, jury box, and judge's bench. Professional speaker tuning for speech intelligibility. Robotic camera systems for automated tracking and multi-angle capture. Q-Sys control integration for centralized management and remote system access.
The Challenge
Design a legal presentation environment that could function as a realistic courtroom simulation — with broadcast-quality camera, audio, and visual capabilities — in a conventional office building.
