Project Overview

The project involved designing and installing a massive LED installation at WWE World Headquarters. The centerpiece: a 73-foot tall LED logo serving as the lobby centerpiece, constructed from over 1,700 unique PCB boards and weighing more than 20,000 pounds.

Three months of electrical engineering development preceded installation. Every board in the "bespoke PCB puzzle" was uniquely engineered — no two pieces identical — to form a bezel-free, seamless structure suspended above visitors at full scale.

The Challenge

Create a logo maintaining WWE's iconic brand integrity while engineering a massive suspended installation with no visible bezels, ensuring structural safety above visitors' heads and compliance with building codes.

Our Approach

A 3D laser scan of the lobby ensured precision in design. The engineering teams developed a bespoke PCB "puzzle" through months of collaborative planning, with each of the 1,700+ boards custom-manufactured.

The Result

The installation created a breathtaking display that perfectly captured WWE's larger-than-life presence, establishing the logo as a monumental artistic centerpiece and one of the largest custom LED structures in North America.
